Before attending Rising Sun Kyokushin you will need to fill in 2 documents:
To download these documents to your own computer, ‘Right-click’ using your mouse, on each link above and then click on ‘Save’ or ‘Save As’.
Once downloaded, print them out onto paper, fill them in with your details and bring them with you when you come to your first session at Rising-Sun.
